Community engagement and participation in decision making forms an important part of local democracy. The community has the right and responsibility to access information, be consulted and actively participate in Council’s planning and decision-making processes. The purpose of this CCEP is to identify the opportunities for genuine engagement with key stakeholders and the community during the detailed design and construction of the Project.
