Summary and scope
Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced contractors to perform services as required for Civil Construction and Ancillary Services. Successful applicants will form Councils panel of preferred suppliers for these services and enter into a supply agreement with Council for a period of three (3) years with option to extend for a further three (3) years at Councils sole discretion. A detailed scope of works outlining the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document. Suppliers are required to complete Part 3 - Returnable Schedules, incorporating supporting information/documents and Annexure A – Pricing Schedule of Rates for services provided.
