Summary and scope
Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of construction of the South Bowenfels Link Road, including stormwater system and retaining wall. The successful tenderer shall be required to construct the road to the attached designs and recommendations. Envirowest Have provided a Geotechnical report and pavement construction recommendations, and J. W. Prince have provided a road layout and design. Council do not have a detailed stormwater design. Tenderer shall refer to the concept stormwater design show in J. Wyndham Prince drawing CD050 and CD051 and Counci's Guidelines for Civil Engineering Design and Construction for Development, Section 3.0 STORM WATER DRAINAGE (attached).
