Lithgow City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to provide Environment & Sustainability and Communication & Stakeholder Specialists to support the Professional Services Contractor (PSC) engaged for the Wolgan Road Reconstruction Project’s Concept Design and Environmental Assessment (CD&EA) Services. The SME will support Council in achieving the best outcomes for the project by working collaboratively with the PSC. You must download and following the instruction of VOLUME 0 in order to get access to these tender documents (VOLUME 1 - 4). Please read the following instructions carefully. To obtain the tender documents, you must complete and sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll. Access to the tender documents will only be granted after you have submitted the Confidentiality Deed Poll via the email address nominated in VOLUME 0.
