Why join

We are a VC-backed team moving quickly on real product and go-to-market surfaces.

You will ship customer-facing workflows in React and TypeScript, extend Rust and Axum services, and work with Supabase PostgreSQL and Meilisearch as the product grows.

HOW WE WORK

Small team, real product surfaces, fast feedback.

Engineers at Tendor work close to the product itself: tender discovery, feasibility reports, evidence libraries, document workflows, AI assistance, and the systems that help B2B customers act on complex procurement data.

Our web app is React 19 with Vite, TanStack Router and TanStack Query. The core API and agent control plane are built in Rust with Axum, backed by Supabase PostgreSQL, Meilisearch and Docker-based Codex workers. We value practical judgement, clear communication, and engineers who can make the right trade-offs across that stack.
